February 11, 2015 - Today challenge was to create a bowl with veggies! I love veggies and there was a large variety to choose. I selected onions, bell peppers, spinach, and tomato's. Veggies are yummy fresh and raw but once they are cooked on the grill they take on an entire new flavor. They were delicious and cooked to perfection.
