Workout 2-11-15

Today at 0630 was a new challenge for me on this journey towards getting healthy and being part of the genghisgrill and kwest health.  I have realized wieght has always been an issue for me.  It is an ongoing struggle.  As I get older I realize the some task have become more difficult to take on.  I want to be able to do some of these things again. I am looking forward to working with a trainer so I can use weight training the correct way and include it in my cardio workouts.  Today I worked out with a trainer, she is helping me build stamina!  

Here we are again, wow how many pounds is this...
